Analytics (only if you click Accept)
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, so that we can improve the site. These cookies are set only after you click Accept in our cookie notice.

- _ga_4T8BZKZZY9 - set by Google. Keeps track of your visit. Lasts up to 2 years.
Google may process this information in the United States and other countries. Google Analytics keeps the visit data for up to 14 months.
Cookies on our sign-up site
- crmsignup - a session cookie that keeps the sign-up form secure and working. It is deleted when you close your browser. The form will not work without it.
- crmonline-theme - saved in your browser's own storage. Remembers whether you chose the light or dark look.
The sign-up site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Cookies in your CRM and in our demo
Your CRM, and our demo CRM, use two cookies. Both are needed for the CRM to work.
- sp_session - keeps you signed in. Lasts up to 8 hours.
- csrf_cookie_name - protects forms against misuse. Lasts about 1 hour.
Cookies we do not use
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not use social media cookies or tracking pixels on our website.
- Our fonts and images come from our own website, not from other companies.
- Links to our YouTube channel take you to YouTube. YouTube's own cookie and privacy policies apply there.
Our emails
Our marketing emails do not contain hidden images that track whether an email was opened. When you click a link in one of our emails, the link goes through our server first so that we can count the click. This does not save anything on your device.
How to change your choice
- Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page on crmonlinehub.co.uk to accept or decline analytics cookies at any time.
- If you decline, we set no analytics cookies, and we remove any that were set after an earlier Accept.
- You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you block the cookies that are needed, sign-up and sign-in will not work.
- Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every website: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
